Instant. Versatile. Strength

Cyanoacrylate Adhesives

Ninja 108 is the answer to the hardening problem that is a common occurrence with the regular super glues that are available in the market. Ninja 108 cyanoacrylate adhesive not only sets fast, and high in bonding strength, but it has an exceptionally long shelf life of more than 12 months at ambient storage conditions. With longer shelf life, it reduces wastage due to hardening issues before the expiry date. It can be stored in ambient conditions without any change in viscosity. Be it for a quick fix of broken porcelain cup handles, shoe mending, woodworking, hobby aeromodelling assembly, or the most demanding application requirement from industrial users.

Frequently Asked Questions

Super glue (Industrial term as  Cyanoacrylate Adhesive) is a fast-setting, high-strength, and rapid bonding adhesive that is designed to bond to most materials.

Generally most super glue or cyanoacrylate adhesive bonds very strongly to materials, like, plastics, stones, woods, metals, rubbers, glass and composites.  It had proven that this adhesive is able to lift an elephant and a car weighing more than 5000 kg with just drops of it!

It will take a longer time for the super glue adhesive to set and cure if applied excessively. This adhesive will bonds almost instantly if applied sparingly on the bonding surfaces.

Due to its fast reactivity and chemical reaction, super glue will generate some form of white stain or residue on surfaces (especially darker ones). This is especially evident when there is a high level of moisture in the environment which will cause the surfaces to turn whitish after curing. The best possible way to prevent whitening is to apply adhesive sparingly and use a fan to blow dry whenever possible to reduce the surrounding moisture. If necessary, apply an accelerator to speed up the curing to reduce the chance of whitening effect.

Super Glue is packed in a moisture barrier HDPE bottle to prevent any form of moisture penetration and causing the adhesive to cure prematurely or hardened up. It is best to store the bottle at 25ºC or below temperature and away from direct sunlight. Always clean the dispensing nozzle after using.

The way to remove cured super glue from surfaces is either to soak the bonded parts in acetone until the bonded parts are detached separately. Please be sure to test the substrates before soaking them in as the solvent may damage the surface. For bonded fingers, soak in lukewarm water and knead the fingers until the bond breaks apart.
