Product Description
Mightyloc AFT 2064WF is a white color acrylic foam tape which is designed for a wide variety of bonding applications that require excellent adhesion and durability. It exhibits good chemical & elevated temperature resistance. This tape is suitable for bonding wide range of substrates commonly used in the signage and metal fabrication industries including metal, Aluminum, Stainless steel, Acrylic, glass, etc. The unique viscoelastic properties enable it to elongate, accommodating the different rates of contraction and expansion between different bonded substrates due to extreme temperature cycle exposure.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces intended for bonding must be sufficiently and thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to application. Abrading prior to bonding is highly recommended. Surfaces must be free from dust, dirt, oil, grease and residues of any forms. Dirty or contaminated surfaces affect bonding and adhesion strength adversely. IPA or IsoPropyl Alcohol is generally used for general cleaning and Heptane solvent may be used to clean oily or greasy surfaces. Do Not use oil based solvents for surface preparation prior to bonding.
Storage
It is highly recommended to store this product under constant temperature between 25°C - 30°C. This product should not be exposed to high humidity and direct sunlight during storage. Keep unused product away from dust and grease.
Shelf Life
This product has 24 months shelf life from date of manufacturing.
