PAGLALARAWAN NG PRODUKTO
Ang TAFTLOCK 43 ay isang mabilis mag-cure, medium strength na Anaerobic thread locking compound na angkop para sa pagbobonding at pag-seal ng mga thread, at para sa pag-retain ng mga cylindrical na bahagi. Ang TAFTLOCK 43 ay may mataas na resistensya sa init, vibration, tubig, gas, langis, hydrocarbon at maraming chemical.
MGA BENTAHE
- Angkop para sa mga less active na materyal, gaya ng stainless steel, at mga plated na bahagi atbp
- Angkop para sa mga fastener na may diameter na 6 hanggang 20mm.
- Nililock at sini-seal ang mga threaded joint-nut, screw, at stud na may mahusay na resistensya sa langis.

PARAAN NG APLIKASYON
Ang mga ibabaw ay dapat tuyo, malinis, at walang anumang kontaminasyon. Dapat ilagay ang thread locker sa bolt sa sapat na dami upang mapuno ang mga thread. Pinakamahusay gumana ang TAFTLOCK 43 sa mga manipis na bond gap. Ang thread locker na ito ay espesipikong binuo upang magbigay ng kontroladong friction at torque/tension ratio habang nag-aassemble.
PAG-IIMBAK
Ang mga Anaerobic adhesive ay dapat sana itago sa isang malamig, tuyong lugar sa mga hindi pa nabubuksang lalagyan sa room temperature na nasa pagitan ng 8°C hanggang 25°C. Pakiusap huwag ibalik ang anumang hindi nagamit na materyal sa orihinal nitong lalagyan.
